Linux Server Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the resolution of critical incidents and issues.

• Implement complex service requests and modifications.

• Identify and suggest initiatives to enhance system performance.

• Deliver advanced technical support in Linux and infrastructure areas.

• Enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through automation techniques.

• Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external cloud service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and server management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Practical experience with at least one public cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Significant experience administering enterprise Linux distributions such as SUSE, Red Hat, or Ubuntu.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities for servers, storage, and network connectivity issues.

• Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python, Go, etc.) and automation tools like Ansible or Chef.

• Familiarity with clustering and high availability concepts.

• Customer-focused, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
