Linux Instructor/Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Instructing on the following modules and areas of study: Linux Essentials, LPIC-1 Linux Administrator (including exam preparation).

• Area of study: "Provisioning networks and services."

• Area of study: "Provisioning services and automating administrative tasks."

• Area of study: "Ensuring the operation and security of networked systems."

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in teaching adults, preferably in publicly funded training programs (evidence required).

• IHK trainer qualification (AEVO) or a commitment to obtain it.

• A degree in IT or completed vocational training in IT.

• Current LPIC-1 certification (not older than 5 years) or the willingness to acquire this certification; additional Linux certifications are advantageous.

• Proficient in English.

• Ideally, experience in maintaining servers across various Linux distributions, familiarity with server and network hardening, and prior experience with container usage.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
