Linguist – Hebrew

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Translate materials between English and your native language, ensuring cultural nuance and clarity are maintained.

• Edit and enhance language content for precision, tone, and contextual appropriateness across various digital platforms.

• Implement current language standards, usage trends, and best practices in all outputs.

• Assess and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of language models.

• Work collaboratively with Production and cross-functional teams to localize content for markets that speak your language.

• Assist in content creation, localization, and quality assurance for digital tools and applications.

• When transcreation is necessary, adapt the text creatively beyond the original to ensure it flows naturally in the target language.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency at a native level in the target language(s).

• A graduate degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR

• A graduate degree in another discipline along with 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR

• 5 years of full-time professional translation experience.

• Capability to adhere to terminology and reference materials with precision.
