Line Manager, Vivier

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing technical excellence and leadership within the production line.

• To accomplish this, you will oversee a critical business segment (technical, systems, or organizational) to achieve the specified outcomes aligned with the site's priority requirements.

• You will ensure the attainment of key business objectives while also developing additional results to support the sustainable mastery of technical skills throughout the production chain.

• Utilizing a systematic approach, you will apply your strategic thinking abilities to secure long-term results.

• In this position, you will also manage budget preparation, cost control, governance and compliance matters, waste reduction, and workforce planning, encompassing recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and identifying high-potential employees.

• You will play a crucial role in delivering quality snacks to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree (Bac+5) or an engineering degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience, including substantial industry experience in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Automotive, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in team management (both direct and cross-functional).

• Skills in team development and conflict resolution.

• Ability to balance immediate field actions with medium- to long-term projects.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in formalizing and tracking action plans.

• A robust commitment to Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and Environmental standards.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (IL6S, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Technical expertise in industrial equipment.

• Proficient analytical, planning, and root-cause problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in English is preferred (minimum B2 level).
