This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee and support Precision's FSP Contract Management Team along with the business development and growth of FSP Site Contracts.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that the FSP Site Contracts Team has all necessary tools for delivering Site Contracts in the shortest time frame.
• Play a crucial role in ensuring all other deliverables from the FSP Site Contracts Team align with the defined FSP setup.
• Assist in contract negotiations when necessary and engage with key FSP clients.
• Participate in corporate strategic initiatives for the Start-Up group, including FSP business development, and contribute as a member of the SSU Leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for FSP Clients and the Precision FSP Team, as well as stakeholders regarding any matters related to FSP site contracting.
• Manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
• Allocate resources for new business within the organization while forecasting and planning for current and anticipated FSP work.
• Engage in discussions regarding resource needs and plan for the future structure of FSP contracts.
• Report and manage FSP contract metrics, including the productivity of the FSP site contract function.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company and Sponsor policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues involving Precision's and Sponsor's Legal, Finance, or supervisors.
• Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of various agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendment agreements.
• Oversee the execution of agreements at the FSP portfolio level.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the timely execution of contracts and FSP business deliverables.
• Represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in both internal and external meetings, including client meetings.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and FSP as a service delivery model.
