This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Oversee and manage Precision’s FSP Contract Management Team, as well as the business development and growth of FSP Site Contracts.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the FSP Site Contracts Team has all necessary tools to deliver Site Contracts promptly, while playing a crucial role in aligning all other deliverables of the FSP Site Contracts Team with the defined FSP setup.
• Provide support during contract negotiations as needed and engage with key FSP clients.
• Participate in corporate strategic initiatives for the Start-Up group, including FSP business development, and be an integral part of the SSU Leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for FSP Clients, the Precision FSP Team, and stakeholders regarding any FSP site contracting issues.
• Line manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
• Allocate resources for new business within the organization, as well as forecast and plan for current and anticipated FSP work.
• Engage in discussions concerning resource needs and future planning for FSP contract structures.
• Report on and manage FSP contract metrics, including the productivity of the FSP site contract function.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company and Sponsor policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues in collaboration with Precision’s and Sponsor’s Legal, Finance, or supervisory teams.
• Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of various agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendment agreements.
• Oversee the execution of agreements at the FSP portfolio level.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Aid in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the timely execution of contracts and FSP business deliverables.
• Represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in both internal and external meetings, including client meetings.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and FSP as a service delivery model.
