This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Oversee, manage, and provide support to Precision’s FSP Contract Management Team, as well as foster growth in the FSP Site Contracts business development.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the FSP Site Contracts Team is equipped with all necessary tools to deliver Site Contracts promptly, while also ensuring alignment with the defined FSP setup for other deliverables.
• Assist in contract negotiations when required, and engage with key FSP clients.
• Take part in corporate strategic initiatives for the Start-Up group, contributing to FSP business development and participating in the SSU Leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for FSP Clients and the Precision FSP Team, along with stakeholders regarding any FSP site contracting issues.
• Directly manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
• Allocate resources for new business opportunities within the organization, including forecasting and planning for current and anticipated FSP work.
• Engage in discussions regarding resource requirements and strategize for the future structure of FSP contracts.
• Monitor and report on FSP contract metrics, including the productivity of the FSP site contract function.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company and Sponsor policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Address and resolve complex issues with Precision’s and Sponsor’s Legal, Finance, or supervisory teams.
• Support the evaluation, drafting, and negotiation of various agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendment agreements.
• Oversee the execution of agreements at the FSP portfolio level.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective measures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the timely execution of contracts and FSP business deliverables.
• Represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in internal and external meetings, including client engagements.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and FSP as a service delivery model.
• Proven experience in managing people.
