Line Manager, Site Contracts Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, and provide support to Precision’s FSP Contract Management Team

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of Site Contracts

• Engage in contract negotiations

• Oversee FSP contract metrics, including productivity

• Ensure compliance with relevant company policies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and FSP as a service delivery model

• Proven experience in managing personnel
