This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide dynamic online instruction and facilitate learning experiences that promote student success and prepare them for licensure.
• Offer academic guidance, tutoring, remediation, and personalized support to enhance engagement, retention, and progression.
• Monitor student performance, attendance, participation, and academic results; apply intervention strategies as necessary.
• Ensure timely grading, deliver meaningful feedback, and maintain consistent communication within the online learning environment.
• Reinforce essential radiography concepts such as patient care, imaging procedures, positioning, anatomy, and radiation safety.
• Track student progress and keep accurate records utilizing program tracking and reporting tools.
• Contribute to curriculum development, create instructional resources, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives for the program.
• Work collaboratively with program leadership, faculty, and student support teams to address student needs and improve educational outcomes.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster student satisfaction, retention, program completion, and licensure success through proactive communication and academic support.
• A current Radiologic Technologist (RT) license/credential is mandatory.
• Education and professional experience adequate to teach Limited Medical X-Ray Technologist coursework.
• A current Radiologic Technologist (RT) credential with professional experience in diagnostic radiography is required.
• Experience teaching radiography or allied health courses in an online learning setting is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of radiographic positioning, anatomy, patient care, imaging principles, digital imaging, and radiation safety.
• Experience in providing academic support, tutoring, remediation, and coaching for student success.
• Proficiency in learning management systems, virtual learning platforms, and educational technology.
• Experience in tracking student performance, retention, and academic outcomes using data and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with faculty and program leadership.
• ARRT certification in Radiography is preferred.
• Experience in curriculum development and working with adult learners is preferred.
