This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support the creation of lighting map designs for various projects.
• Ensure precise and timely maintenance of detailed records across all relevant databases.
• Fulfill operational needs by scheduling and assigning administrative tasks while accelerating work outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to maintain consistent workflows and quality across all settings.
• Develop designs for all new lighting projects and perform necessary calculations.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to design, quotations, and technical specifications.
• Generate 2D and 3D visual representations of lighting designs.
• Support the BDM team by providing accurate quotations and energy-saving calculations.
• Manage documentation related to concept drawings, calculations, and lighting schedules.
• Possess the ability to make moderate daily decisions with limited authority, consulting with the Sales Team, Operations Manager, Finance, and Managing Director as needed.
• Empower to offer guidance and work instructions to all electrical contractors and authorize customer transactions for new services.
• Work is subject to regular oversight and reporting to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Responsible for delivering on assigned outcomes while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of work and advice in this context.
• Ensure that service operations align with current procedures and are completed within targeted response times per customer contracts.
• Address all customer inquiries via phone and email within established timeframes.
• Preferably have advanced software skills in AGI32 and Microsoft Office (not strictly mandatory), while still expecting high technical capability and readiness from day one.
• Desirable skills include AutoCAD, SalesForce, and Revit.
• Experience in energy-efficient lighting design is essential.
• Strong understanding and experience with Australian Building Standards.
• Familiarity with the Cin7 System or similar inventory management software and intermediate MS Suite skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks simultaneously.
• Strong ability to prioritize, along with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with all levels of management and clients.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Customer-oriented with solid customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Capable of working effectively within teams.
• Demonstrates resilience in challenging situations and exhibits flexibility.
• Proficient computer literacy and adept in using Microsoft Office applications, database programs, with a quick learning ability for new software packages.
