This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of Uvation's complete visual and audio-visual identity across digital, print, and video mediums.
• Oversee the entire creative process, from requirement definition to the design of graphics, illustrations, layouts, and UI assets.
• Create and edit video and audio materials for marketing purposes, product showcases, and internal communications.
• Influence the appearance, feel, and sound of Uvation at every interaction point, including websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and video content.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to realize the brand vision.
• Plan and edit video content for marketing initiatives, product demonstrations, social media, and internal communications.
• Develop motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and branded video templates that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Record, edit, and mix audio for video content, voiceovers, and presentations, ensuring high-quality professional sound.
• Manage the complete AV production workflow, including scripting/storyboarding, filming/screen capture, editing, color grading, and final export.
• Establish and maintain a library of reusable video and motion templates for ongoing marketing and internal content requirements.
• Partner with marketing on video strategies for product launches, event documentation, and social-first content.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, or a related creative discipline.
• 3–7 years of pertinent experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and audio/video production.
• A validated portfolio is essential across both areas.
• Design & UI/UX Tools (Required): Figma — for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Adobe Photoshop — for image editing and compositing.
• Adobe Illustrator — for vector illustration and branding elements.
• Adobe InDesign — for print and layout design.
• Jira — for Agile project management.
• Audio/Video Tools (Required): Adobe Premiere Pro — for video editing.
• Adobe After Effects — for motion graphics and animation.
• Adobe Audition or equivalent — for audio editing and mixing.
• DaVinci Resolve — for color grading (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording devices.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
• A solid understanding of layouts, graphic principles, typography, and the fundamentals of print, web, and video production (including frame rates, codecs, aspect ratios, and export formats for web/social) is anticipated.
