This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design Execution: Develop and modify visual concepts for various mediums including print, digital, and environmental formats, such as large-scale graphics, signage, wayfinding, and event branding.
• Art Working & Production Prep: Adjust and format creative assets for different applications, ensuring design precision, quality, and consistency across all outputs.
• 3D Design Support: Assist in visualizing spaces, structures, and experiences using 3D tools to bring creative concepts to fruition.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, production, and client teams to cultivate and enhance ideas that reflect the NFL’s brand vision and guidelines.
• Design to Brief: Effectively interpret creative briefs and provide intelligent, on-brand, and innovative design solutions that fulfill objectives and deadlines.
• File & Asset Management: Keep organized and well-structured design files prepared for production and internal review.
• Flexibility: Assist the creative team during significant live events or site activations, accommodating design modifications and urgent requests as necessary.
• Profound understanding of both print and digital environments.
• Proficient in scaling, formatting, and preparing artwork for production.
• Strong 3D design skills (Cinema4D, Blender, SketchUp, or similar).
• Competent across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Capable of taking direction, collaborating openly, and communicating effectively.
• Comfortable adhering to structured brand guidelines while infusing creative flair.
• Proactive, positive, and dependable team player with excellent time management abilities.
• Preferred experience in live events, sports branding, or experiential environments.
• Preferred experience in live events, sports, or large-scale brand activations.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is generally required.
• At least 2 years of experience in print project management and/or agency experience on experiential marketing projects.
• Familiarity with Corebridge and Smartsheets is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft programs.
