Light Equipment Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Operate various types of construction equipment safely and efficiently.

• Support the crew with tasks such as concrete placement, shaft excavation, and rebar cage setting when not operating machinery.

• Capacity to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs and maneuver over uneven surfaces with ease.

• Exhibit physical flexibility by lifting arms above shoulder height and engaging in repetitive bending, reaching, turning, and twisting movements.

• Perform effectively in both hot and cold weather conditions to ensure project continuity.

• Previous experience on construction sites is necessary.

• A valid driver's license is preferred.

• Must be available for flexible scheduling, which may include overtime and weekend shifts.
