Light Commercial Product Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Address customer technical inquiries via Salesforce CRM, phone, and email, delivering product technical troubleshooting and application support to Carrier/Bryant/ICP Technical Service Managers and internal stakeholders for Light Commercial Products.

• Offer real-time support to customers in the field.

• Contribute service and application insights as part of the product design and launch teams.

• Review and/or create product documentation, service bulletins, and materials for technical training programs.

• Assess, quantify, and address product-related issues.

• Collaborate with manufacturing quality teams and engineering on product and process enhancements.

• Relay product updates and critical product information during customer-facing meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree with 5+ years of HVAC experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of HVAC experience, OR licensed journeyman with 5+ years of HVAC experience, OR HVAC Trained Technician with 10+ years of HVAC experience.

• Minimum of 4 years in a role with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting or HVAC process/product enhancement.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the year, occasionally on short notice.

• Must live in the United States within a reasonable commuting distance to a major airport hub.

• Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a dependable, high-speed internet connection suitable for daily remote work.
