Lifestyle Nurse Practitioner – Multi-state License, CA, TX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional telehealth services centered around weight management, prevention, chronic disease management, and lifestyle modifications (such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management) for older adults aged 65 and above.

• Contribute insights on the creation of clinical protocols, documentation standards, and scalable procedures.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documenting patient data and facilitating communication with other healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with care coordinators, health coaches, and fellow clinicians to design customized care plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA licenses across multiple states, including CA, TX, and/or PA.

• Over 5 years of clinical experience.

• More than 2 years of experience in telehealth, demonstrating high proficiency with EMRs and communication tools.

• A solid background in preventive and lifestyle-focused care, including the management of weight, hypertension, and diabetes.

• Familiarity with GLP-1 medications.

• Outstanding communication abilities and a clinical approach driven by empathy.

• Capable of working independently in a dynamic startup environment; you flourish in uncertainty and take pleasure in establishing systems and processes from scratch.
