📋 Description

• Assess prescriptions and provide treatment to cardiac rehabilitation patients in accordance with our clinical protocols.

• Take pride in offering exceptional care for patients undergoing our cardiac rehabilitation program and participating in our clinical studies.

• Adapt to various roles, including delivering education during our Lifestyle Classes and addressing patients’ technical concerns.

• Collaborate directly with the founders to innovate and enhance our advanced digital care delivery model.

• Offer support to patients, empowering them to take responsibility for their rehabilitation process.

• Work seamlessly with our technology team to ensure a smooth experience for both patients and clients.

• Actively participate in a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team approach, serving as a primary driver for healing and patient connection.

• Maintain a fundamental understanding of all four program element guidelines to facilitate holistic, multi-faceted patient education.

• Exhibit a willingness to do whatever it takes to guarantee an engaging and fulfilling rehabilitation experience for our patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant clinical experience and a strong track record as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Facility.

• High proficiency in mobile technology, assisting patients in navigating our digital health programs and resolving their technology issues with wearables and tablets.

• Excellent interpersonal skills that create a nurturing environment for patients.

• Attention to detail and organizational abilities to establish and follow consistent processes.

• Capability to operate independently in a high-growth, early-stage startup (i.e., self-motivated).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• ACSM-CEP certification is preferred.

• Previous experience delivering the Ornish ICR program.

• Registered Dietitian or other qualifications in nutrition education (e.g., a Master's in Nutrition Science).

• Certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

• Licensed clinical social worker or another mental health professional.

• Experience in facilitating support groups.

• Proficiency in the Spanish language.

• Participation in clinical trials or healthcare research studies.

• Prior experience with remote work or telehealth services.
