This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of patient engagement and retention initiatives through health screenings and research studies.
• Enhance the patient experience to boost engagement levels.
• Initiate and refine marketing strategies that encompass the entire customer journey.
• Execute retention campaigns aimed at increasing involvement from study participants.
• Collaborate with development and analytics teams to expand marketing automation capabilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Segment, Customer.io).
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and automation processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to think strategically while executing tactical plans.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
