This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and implement App Store Optimization strategies, which include updating metadata, conducting creative experiments, and organizing app store events in collaboration with Product Marketing and an external agency.
• Convert approved lifecycle campaign briefs into actionable plans and assist in the hands-on execution of campaigns at critical user-journey moments.
• Facilitate product launches and key growth initiatives by managing workstreams, ensuring cross-functional communication, and maintaining operational follow-through.
• Manage shared localization, quality assurance, and operational readiness processes, proactively addressing blockers and risks before they impact delivery.
• Collect and compile campaign and experiment performance data alongside operational insights for reporting, synthesis, and optimization decisions.
• Create scalable processes, automation, and AI-assisted workflows, including solutions utilizing Claude Code and Cowork, aimed at enhancing consistency and minimizing coordination overhead.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a comparable role.
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute complex marketing programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Strong operational judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize effectively and work autonomously.
• Experience in developing repeatable processes, workflows, and documentation that enhance execution quality and efficiency.

• Familiarity with mobile growth or App Store Optimization, including metadata enhancement and creative experimentation.

• Experience in developing automated and AI-assisted workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Cowork, or similar platforms.
