This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement prospect-centric lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications using Iterable.
• Take charge of daily execution for essential prospect interactions, which include:
• - Nurturing leads and engaging prospects through tailored sequences.
• - Testing new conversion initiatives.
• - Re-engaging users through abandoned flow strategies.
• - Managing promotional and time-sensitive offer campaigns.
• Design and oversee journeys, triggers, and recurring campaigns with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with growth, design, and customer experience teams to ensure that prospect communications are timely, compelling, and aligned with the brand.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance on campaigns (logic, personalization, rendering, links, timing).
• Track funnel performance and provide insights on prospect metrics (open rates, CTR, trial initiations, conversion rates).
• Assist in A/B testing of subject lines, content, offers, timing, and segmentation strategies.
• Contribute to documenting and refining best practices and templates for the prospect lifecycle as the program expands.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, specifically targeting prospect or acquisition marketing.
• At least 3 years of direct experience with Iterable required (including journeys, triggers, segmentation, and A/B testing).
• Strong grasp of prospect segmentation, lead scoring, and messaging focused on conversion.
• Proficient in analyzing funnel data to uncover gaps and enhance conversion rates.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a keen instinct for quality assurance.
• Excellent and persuasive writing style that conveys urgency while maintaining Dutch's warm and trustworthy tone.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach: ship, learn, and iterate.
• **Nice to Haves:**
• Experience in subscription services, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or consumer health/wellness sectors.
• Familiarity with growth experimentation methodologies and measuring the prospect lifecycle.
• Knowledge of HTML for troubleshooting email issues.
• Experience working alongside paid growth or product marketing teams.
