This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Design, implement, and enhance multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, such as email and SMS, to engage prospective students, encourage actions, and maintain conversion rates.
• Manage communications throughout the student journey, from initial inquiries to alumni relations.
• Assess and provide reports on the effectiveness of campaigns through defined metrics.
• Track lifecycle KPIs related to applications, enrollments, and student starts.
• Spearhead the optimization of lifecycle communications by leveraging data-driven insights.
• Ensure the uniformity of lifecycle communications across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the Creative Manager to uphold brand standards.
• Formulate testing strategies for personalized communications, targeted offers, and messaging to enhance student retention and program engagement.
• Assist academic and administrative leadership with data-informed insights and forecasts for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Oversee stakeholder management and advance key marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Interact with students and ACE personnel in real-time through digital and electronic media.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, ideally within the higher education sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and analyzing strategic campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B and/or D2C lifecycle marketing and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret educational data and apply it to marketing strategies.
• Outstanding communication skills, with a capacity to lead initiatives and influence teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Minimum remote internet bandwidth requirement of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
