• Take charge of mapping and continuously enhancing Roofr's customer lifecycle by identifying trends, drop-off points, and behavior-based triggers.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to convert insights into funnel-specific campaigns aimed at boosting activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Develop and refine multi-touch, behavior-driven lifecycle campaigns through email, SMS, in-app messaging, sales sequences, and drip flows. Utilize segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to iterate and enhance results over time.
• Work collaboratively with Growth, Content, and Product Marketing teams to test messaging, creative assets, and conversion touchpoints.
• Partner with Revenue Ops/Data teams to guarantee clean and actionable customer and campaign data for effective automation and personalization.
• Oversee campaign reporting and analytics across HubSpot, Amplitude, GA4, and Pendo, monitoring activation, engagement, retention, and upsell metrics, while translating insights into actionable optimizations.
• 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations/automation within a startup SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building, launching, and optimizing cross-channel customer journeys. You should be comfortable with the execution, not just the design.
• Experience in supporting both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-assisted growth strategies, encompassing activation sequences, usage-based triggers, expansion, upsell, churn prevention, and retention programs that facilitate a dynamic sales funnel.
• Practical experience with tools such as HubSpot, Amplitude, Pendo, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of best practices in email, SMS, and in-app messaging, along with segmentation and experimentation, which includes designing, conducting, and interpreting your own lifecycle tests.
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in translating product usage and behavioral data into actionable lifecycle strategies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to foster alignment across teams.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools in your daily workflow for content creation, campaign analysis, and optimization, enabling faster iterations and insightful discoveries.
