Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• This position bridges the gap between an engaging product narrative and the conversion moment.

• You will report directly to the Director of Product Marketing.

• Transform strategy into written content, content into campaigns, and campaigns into quantifiable funnel results.

• Continuously oversee conversion infrastructure and develop systems that enhance over time.

• Take responsibility for funnel strategies to achieve significant goals through directional experimentation.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers for launch activations and establish conversion objectives in advance.

• Conduct ongoing A/B and multivariate testing across all tracks, meticulously documenting insights.

• Evaluate drop-off points throughout the entire customer journey, distinguishing between systemic issues and immediate friction.

• You are fluent in product knowledge.

• You are comfortable with data, but not reliant on it.

• You maintain a builder's perspective toward tools.

• You manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• You understand the distinction between executing a launch and taking ownership of one.

• You have a way with words and understand what drives conversions.

• You view AI as a skill to develop, rather than a mere shortcut.
