This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete lifecycle of owned channels — from initial contact to cross-selling opportunities.

• Develop email, WhatsApp, and in-app programs that assist in converting, activating, retaining, and expanding our customer base.

• Review the current HubSpot setup, including lifecycle stages, workflows, segmentation, and reporting processes.

• Identify key lifecycle gaps, particularly in areas concerning pre-signup nurturing and Know Your Business (KYB) completion.

• Create the inaugural framework for the owned-channel lifecycle across email, WhatsApp, and in-app communications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient HubSpot user: skilled in complex workflows, lifecycle stages, behavioral triggers, and reporting.

• Proven experience managing multi-channel lifecycle programs: email plus at least one of WhatsApp, in-app, or SMS.

• Background in B2B SaaS or fintech: familiar with activation, onboarding, and retention strategies.

• Excellent audience segmentation abilities based on behavior rather than just demographics.

• Data-oriented: rigorously evaluates campaign performance and translates insights into actionable steps.

• Fluent in English.

• Preferred: experience with WhatsApp Business API for marketing or lifecycle initiatives.

• Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus.

• Knowledge of in-app messaging tools like Intercom, Braze, or Customer.io.

• Experience in HR tech, fintech, or SMB platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-sell or upsell campaigns from start to finish.
