This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions for lifecycle management utilizing established implementation frameworks, operational standards, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Set up audiences, automation workflows, personalization features, and engagement logic in alignment with approved solution designs and established implementation practices.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality of automation processes, data correctness, personalization, and overall customer experience prior to deployment in production.
• Oversee automation performance, identify execution problems, troubleshoot regular implementation challenges, and escalate more complex issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with Senior Automation Specialists and Automation Managers to implement lifecycle automation solutions while enhancing technical knowledge in automation design and orchestration.
• Work with Automation Enablement to ensure production readiness, validate implementation prerequisites, and confirm that solutions adhere to established platform standards.
• Keep thorough documentation of automation solutions, implementation efforts, testing outcomes, and operational updates.
• Suggest improvements for implementation to enhance the quality of automation and the consistency of execution.
• Generally, 1+ years of experience in supporting CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, campaign operations, or marketing technology platforms.
• Proficiency in configuring or supporting marketing automation, customer engagement, or CRM solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Knowledge of customer journey concepts, automation workflows, segmentation, testing procedures, and quality assurance principles.
• Familiarity with email, SMS, or multi-channel customer engagement technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of SQL, AMPscript, or other scripting languages related to marketing technology.
