This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Facilitate growth by leveraging technical sales expertise and managing customer relationships.

• Offer advanced technical advice while showcasing our cutting-edge life science product range to academic, pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial clients.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams and clients, deliver compelling value propositions, conduct product demonstrations, and offer thorough application support.

• Assist customers in enhancing their research and manufacturing capabilities while contributing to the goal of creating a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree along with 2 years of experience in technical sales or equivalent lab/industry experience.

• Preferred Academic Disciplines: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering, or related scientific fields.

• Relevant professional certifications for specific product areas (e.g., Medical Laboratory Technology) may be necessary for certain roles.

• Extensive technical knowledge in pertinent scientific applications and processes.

• Strong presentation and consultation skills for delivering technical product demonstrations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.

• Skilled in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant technical software.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time to client locations and events.

• Experience in developing and sustaining strategic customer partnerships.

• Comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry advancements.

• Capability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
