This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately and efficiently process new business and in-force transactions related to annuities.
• Assess applications to confirm that all requirements are submitted “In Good Order” and pinpoint any inconsistencies.
• Effectively communicate with the field sales team through phone and email to gather necessary information.
• Acquire and apply understanding of annuity processes, including ACH transactions, allocation modifications, withdrawals, and surrenders.
• Achieve or surpass the established service standards, productivity, and quality objectives.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and share ideas to improve operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to uphold workflow efficiency and service excellence.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 1–2 years of college education is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in retirement services operations or within the financial services sector.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6/63 licenses is strongly mandated.
• In-depth knowledge of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements.
• Outstanding communication and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision; above-average mathematical and accounting skills.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• A commitment to continuous learning, including LOMA/ACS coursework, is encouraged.
• Willingness to work overtime or modify schedules as required.
