This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Take ownership and drive the execution of assigned Cisco renewal opportunities across commercial to enterprise level accounts.
• Actively engage with Cisco support teams and generate accurate quotes in CCW-R for renewals.
• Maintain precise CRM data regarding renewal opportunities, pipeline forecasts, and client information.
• Provide clients with precise renewal quotes, ensuring compliance with Cisco partner program guidelines and timely delivery within established SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver status updates on ongoing opportunities, upcoming renewals, and more.
• Identify and promote multi-year and/or co-termination opportunities that enhance upsell and expansion within renewals.
• Efficiently process client requests, taking actions to simplify processes, such as minimizing the number of contracts.
• Facilitate post-renewal updates and data requests with relevant teams.
• Take ownership of supporting the customer’s lifecycle throughout the renewal term.
• Collaborate closely with management to identify and report inefficiencies or issues in workflow processes.
• Advocate for best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of current Cisco renewal offerings and various service/support levels.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration with Account Teams, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support customers and foster growth.
• Pursue Cisco training opportunities as time allows.
• Assist with broader organizational initiatives as directed by leadership.
• High school diploma is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Cisco maintenance renewals is preferred.
• Proficient in Cisco Partner Tools (e.g., CCW-R, CCW, etc.).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Demonstrated capacity to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail to meet deadlines.
• Highly professional, with strong communication skills that are transparent and proactive.
• Personable team player, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and relationship-building.
• Preferred strong presentation skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and driven to succeed.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills related to client quotes, reports, and manufacturer data.
• Experience and ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage competing demands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Annuities (EA, SaaS & Subscriptions) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Information Technology is preferred.
