Líder Técnico – WSO2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead technical and functional teams specialized in integration, architecture, and infrastructure.

• Coordinate development and infrastructure teams for the implementation and evolution of technological solutions.

• Design and implement service-oriented architectures (SOA), Web Services (SOAP/REST), APIs, and microservices.

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and deployment of middleware platforms based on WSO2.

• Work with WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 Identity Server, and WSO2 Enterprise Integrator.

• Manage IT projects related to integration and technological platforms.

• Participate in project planning, risk management, cost control, change management, and the development of procedures.

• Evaluate and manage technological risks associated with the implemented solutions and architectures.

• Define and promote best practices in architecture, integration, and development.

• Coordinate activities between technical teams and different areas involved in projects.

• Ensure the correct implementation and operation of integration solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional background in Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Proven experience as a Technical Leader, Solutions Architect, Integration Specialist, or similar roles.

• Strong experience with WSO2 API Manager.

• Strong experience with WSO2 Identity Server.

• Strong experience with WSO2 Enterprise Integrator.

• Experience in implementing and coordinating integration components.

• Knowledge and experience in SOA architectures.

• Experience with Web Services SOAP/REST, APIs, and microservices.

• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating development and infrastructure profiles.

• Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, risk management, cost control, and change management.

• Experience in designing and implementing IT architectures.

• Desirable knowledge: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools and practices, best practices in architecture and solution design, technological risk management.
