Líder Técnico – Plataforma de Bots Conversacionais, WhatsApp, IA Generativa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical reference for the team, guiding architecture and implementation decisions.

• Ensure adherence to software engineering standards (clean code, SOLID principles, automated testing, observability).

• Conduct structured code reviews to promote quality and technical consistency.

• Lead the development of scalable and resilient solutions for high-concurrency environments.

• Assist in defining and evolving architecture alongside the Software Architect.

• Engage in resolving complex technical issues (advanced troubleshooting).

• Ensure best practices for integrations via APIs, Webhooks, and events.

• Design and implement asynchronous processing flows and messaging systems.

• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement (refactoring, performance, cost, and efficiency).

• Develop and enhance the team through technical mentorship and knowledge sharing.

• Support decisions related to observability, reliability (SRE), and security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead in high-scale environments.

• Strong background in backend development and distributed systems architecture.

• Experience with high transactional volume systems or high concurrency.

• Practical experience with:

• Integrations via REST APIs and Webhooks.

• Asynchronous processing (event-driven, queues, streams).

• Messaging systems (e.g., SQS, SNS, Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration.

• Mastery of software engineering best practices and system design.

• Solid experience in at least one primary programming language:

• Golang.

• Java (Spring Boot).

• Python.

• Ability to work in heterogeneous environments (multi-stack and multi-language).
