This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and execution of software solutions.

• Offer technical direction and mentorship to developers.

• Work closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to establish requirements.

• Maintain code quality, security, and scalability through best practices and code reviews.

• Detect and address technical challenges and obstacles.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest enhancements.

• Organize technical tasks and ensure alignment with project schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of development experience is essential.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level is required.

• Technical expertise in:

• - Java (17+) and Kotlin

• - SDUI

• - Swift

• - Event-driven architecture

• - OAuth2

• - JUnit, Mockito

• - Javascript

• - Jest

• - NPM

• - PACT, PACT broker

• - CDC Testing

• - Experience in unit testing.

• - Relational Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL, DB2 / Non-relational databases: Mongo, Redis

• - Design, development, implementation, and utilization of REST Services.

• - Familiarity with Spring.

• - Knowledge of tools such as Gradle, Git, and GitFlow.

• - Understanding of Design Patterns, Object-Oriented principles, and sound development practices.

• - Experience with tools like Jenkins (CI), Sonar, Checkmarx, and Fortify.

• - Experience in utilizing application monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.

• - Development or integration of Microservices – Familiarity with REST APIs.

• - Comprehensive experience across all phases of the software development life cycle.

• - Strong understanding of contemporary IT practices and software development methodologies, including Scrum and Agile.
