📋 Description

• Gathering and documenting functional requirements

• Developing user stories and acceptance criteria

• Designing workflows and business rules

• Supporting functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Coordinating with architecture, development, QA, and integrations

• Functional configuration in Salesforce

• Over 4 years of experience working with Salesforce

• Functional experience and leadership skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology teams

• Experience in complex digital transformation projects
