This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the complete provider licensing process, encompassing application preparation, submission, and follow-up across various states.
β’ Organize and monitor licensing timelines, taking proactive measures to prevent delays.
β’ Aid in the creation and upkeep of workflows and processes for licensing operations.
β’ Assist in the execution and management of Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) in relevant states.
β’ Ensure adherence to state-specific CPA requirements, including supervision ratios, documentation, and renewal timelines.
β’ Actively follow up with providers and collaborating physicians to secure necessary CPA documentation and signatures.
β’ Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and completion of CPA agreements utilizing DocuSign.
β’ Keep accurate and current CPA and licensing records within Verifiable and internal tracking systems.
β’ Monitor CPA expiration dates and guarantee timely renewals and updates.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure CPA requirements are fulfilled before provider activation.
β’ Offer subject matter expertise regarding licensing requirements, including collaborative practice agreements (CPAs) and state-specific regulations.
β’ Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address licensing and onboarding needs.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of licensing experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
β’ Practical experience with Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs).
β’ Knowledge of Nursing Compact Licensure (NLC) and multi-state practice regulations.
β’ Proven experience in submitting and managing license applications for Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Doctors.
β’ Understanding of multi-state licensing processes and regulatory standards.
β’ Familiarity with credentialing and licensing systems such as Verifiable and/or Salesforce.
β’ Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through abilities.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree is preferred.
