This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Keep electronic provider records updated regularly to accurately reflect provider credentials and status.
• Acquire additional documentation and verifications to ensure compliance with both internal and external standards.
• Adhere to Medical Staff Services procedures for the storage, submission, and sharing of documentation.
• Record and present current statuses and relevant information in designated areas.
• Generate abbreviated CVs for licensing and privileging requirements.
• Complete or request FCVS profiles during the primary source verification and licensure process.
• Identify and process applications for IMLC LOQs.
• Enroll providers in mandatory courses, certifications, and recertifications, while monitoring their completion.
• Assist supervising physicians with requests and protocol agreements.
• Complete or facilitate initial and renewal applications for DEA and CSR.
• Complete or facilitate initial and renewal applications for state licensure.
• Register providers and coordinate fingerprinting for state licensing.
• Follow up with providers, state licensing boards, and other agencies via phone and email.
• Participate in corporate training and job-specific educational sessions.
• Print necessary documents and deliver them to shipping locations.
• Aid in audits and perform administrative tasks assigned by management.
• Execute other job-related responsibilities as required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar position.
• Ability to uphold a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Highly motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
