This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Continuous management of processes and documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines and successful credentialing and accreditation.
• Initiate and oversee licensing processes for both new and existing clinicians across various roles, including but not limited to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, psychologists, and professional counselors.
• Provide “white glove” licensing services on behalf of clinicians.
• Ensure the successful execution of licensing plans assigned to clinicians, promptly escalating any issues that could jeopardize this success.
• Aid in the precise maintenance of clinician information essential for meeting regulatory and partner requirements.
• Assist in the selection, implementation, and upkeep of tools and resources for license management, which includes CME/CEUs and license renewal.
• Offer logistical support to clinical team members, working closely with clinical care managers.
• Develop innovative solutions to problems and refine existing processes.
• Communicate risks, challenges, and milestones to leadership effectively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to continuously assess the impact of process improvement initiatives.
• Support special projects related to clinician workflows, licensing strategies, and other regulatory matters.
• At least 2 years of experience directly involved in licensing clinicians, ideally across both behavioral health and medical license types (e.g., LCSW, PsychD, LPC, MD/DO, NP, etc.).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Must be capable of handling highly confidential information.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to learning from mistakes to prevent recurrence.
• Strong focus on achieving results.
• Independent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
