This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Act as the primary contact for both internal and external clients by professionally managing incoming phone calls, emails, and service requests related to producer licensing and appointments.
• Efficiently process producer onboarding, commission payments, and agent maintenance tasks in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations, ensuring that contracting, hierarchy, commissions, and associated records are accurately completed based on customer requests.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by delivering clear, precise, and compliant information while effectively addressing inquiries with meticulous attention to detail.
• Keep detailed, clear, and concise documentation of all communications and transactions across multiple systems, including completing all necessary follow-up actions until resolution is achieved.
• Investigate and resolve issues by navigating various systems and tools, identifying the most suitable solutions, and ensuring items are followed through to completion or escalated as required.
• Stay updated on product changes, licensing requirements, processes, and operational procedures to guarantee ongoing adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Utilize knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices within the operational area to facilitate consistent and accurate processing.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, team members, leaders, and business partners while upholding call and email quality standards.
• Achieve or surpass departmental performance benchmarks related to call handling, email response times, transaction accuracy, and service level agreements.
• Recognize patterns, trends, or potential issues affecting customers or processes and proactively escalate insights to management.
• Assist with more complex research concerning agent or firm complaints as necessary to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the business, department, or operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Over 1 year of experience in a customer service, operations, or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced or regulated setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of professionally managing customer interactions, clearly explaining information, and accurately documenting conversations.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple tasks at once, effectively problem-solve, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a high-volume work environment.
• Comfortable with computers and technology, including basic proficiency in office applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Ability to adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete necessary follow-up actions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also managing independent work throughout the day.
