Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee, compile, and prepare all licensing applications for submission to federal, state, and local regulatory bodies.

• Ensure that all application materials are complete, accurate, and adhere to jurisdictional regulations.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of licensing requirements across various jurisdictions.

• Act as the main point of contact for all licensing agencies.

• Keep a centralized licensing log/dashboard with real-time updates on all applications and active licenses.

• Monitor all license expiration dates for all entities.

• Maintain organized, complete, and audit-ready records of all applications and communication with agencies.

• Provide licensing coordination services to external entities contracted with Enterprise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) is strongly preferred, OR currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program (mandatory if JD has not yet been obtained).

• Bachelor’s Degree is required (preferably in Legal Studies or a related field).

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in: Legal support, regulatory compliance, licensing, or administrative law.
