
Licensing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reach out to practitioners to secure license documentation (10%)
• Complete application forms and related documents (30%)
• Gather, organize, monitor, and manage items requested by state boards, including but not limited to fingerprint cards/background checks, Jurisprudence exams, CE Courses, peer references, transcripts, supervision requests, license verifications, employment affiliations, notarized forms, photos, board certification, etc. (30%)
• Submit applications to licensing boards and compacts (10%)
• Regularly follow up with licensing boards and compacts to check on application statuses (5%)
• Enter issued license information into the credentialing database (10%)
• Perform additional duties as assigned (5%)
• Minimum of 1 year of provider licensing experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare administrative or operations setting preferred
• Familiarity with all types of medical professions (Nurses, Doctors, Mental Health, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of stakeholders, including providers, team members, and senior leadership
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Quick adaptability to change while meeting tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• 5.84 hours of PTO for each bi-weekly pay period
• 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually
