Licensing Analyst, Contract Optimization

📋 Description

• The Licensing Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing analytical and knowledge-based support as a member of a top-tier project delivery team.

• You will collaborate within a team to implement contract optimization initiatives for clients.

• Your responsibilities will include developing spreadsheet-driven analyses and conceptual models to present clients with logical scenarios and conclusions during engagements, offering practical licensing expertise tailored to each client’s unique situation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant position, such as a SAM consultant, within a procurement team, or for a reseller.

• Familiarity with licensing, pricing, and contracting policies from one or more major software vendors.

• A comprehensive understanding of software licensing trends and challenges, aimed at delivering innovative, impactful, fact-based guidance and recommendations.

• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and deriving logical conclusions, employing lateral thinking to address issues where evidence and assumptions may be inconclusive.

• A steadfast commitment to your team's success, along with a readiness to offer and accept constructive feedback when necessary.

• Proven intellectual curiosity and the capability to aid in the creative formulation of solutions and strategies to address client challenges.

• Ability to take a hands-on approach and effectively manage multiple client priorities concurrently.

• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
