This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Evaluate licensing eligibility, collect and verify necessary documentation, accurately fill out licensing forms, and ensure adherence to state insurance and licensing regulations.
• Oversee licensing processes for designated regions (usually 3–10 states), including resident and non-resident transactions, renewals, and updates to addresses or personal information.
• Update and maintain producer license records within agency or licensing management systems, keeping track of renewals, expirations, and changes in status.
• Address internal and external inquiries via email, service tickets, and phone regarding licensing requirements, procedures, and the status of applications or renewals.
• Generate routine reports and documentation pertaining to licensing activities, compliance, and operational metrics.
• Manage multiple requests, maintain precise and auditable records, and adhere to deadlines in a high-volume administrative environment.
• Achieve or surpass productivity and quality benchmarks while demonstrating attention to detail, follow-through, and responsibility.
• Engage in onboarding and continuous training, collaborate with team members, and maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and internal protocols.
• Capability to support insurance producer licensing operations, including renewals, eligibility assessments, and compliance-related tasks.
• Experience managing tasks through emails, service tickets, or queue-based workflows.
• Strong organizational skills, calendar management, and prioritization abilities, with a knack for handling multiple files and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy, particularly in regulated or compliance-oriented environments.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, including a comfort level in handling phone conversations with brokers or internal stakeholders.
• Proven integrity, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.
• Openness to ask questions, learn from peers and senior team members, and participate in ongoing training.
