This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Provide services that grant agents both time and tranquility.
• Assume responsibility for all tasks suitable for a coordinator.
• Anticipate the needs of agents.
• Oversee real estate transactions and manage a high volume of deals.
• Handle all documentation associated with the transaction.
• Support multiple agents while fostering relationships.
• Assist clients throughout the closing process.
• Ensure all contractual timelines are adhered to and minimize risk.
• Enhance agent and client satisfaction by delivering support that aligns with service excellence standards.
• A valid real estate license is mandatory.
• At least one year of experience with real estate contracts, demonstrating strong knowledge of contractual obligations and disclosures.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in basic technology (internet searching, customer relationship management tools) and eager to learn new technologies.
• Required experience in using email and phone to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a calm demeanor while resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability regarding the agent and client experience.
