Licensed Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Execute buy/sell orders from members of IntelligentInvesting Securities Inc. via our application for stocks, ETFs, and other investment products by creating trade tickets.

• Ensure all necessary information is provided to facilitate trade processing.

• Verify that member orders are accurately tagged and executed according to provided instructions.

• Deliver customer service support to members through phone, email, and chat channels.

• Confirm member identities to ensure proper execution of instructions.

• Process member directives related to voluntary reorganizations.

• Enter member requests regarding modifications to registered account beneficiaries.

• Facilitate internal account transfers as well as transfers of securities to and from external institutions.

• Review and investigate buy/sell orders, providing feedback to members.

• Ensure correct settlement and delivery, escalating any discrepancies as necessary.

• Maintain precise daily records of trades.

• Conduct daily reconciliations with our Custodian.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer service within the Banking or Investment sectors.

• Familiarity with app-based product support is a plus.

• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct Practices Handbook (CPH).

• Successful completion of the 30-day training program as mandated by CIRO while employed with a Dealer Member firm on a full-time basis.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.

• Strong experience in resolving customer issues.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
