Licensed Therapist, Counselor – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions for clients, employing evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Evaluate clients' mental health statuses and create tailored treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Keep precise and current client records and documentation in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and guarantee a holistic approach to treatment.

• Remain updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid license as a Therapist, Counselor, or be a Master's level provider in the state of Idaho.

• Proven experience in delivering therapy and counseling services to individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying mental health needs.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions applicable to various mental health conditions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.

• Preferred Qualifications: Specialization or experience with a particular population or treatment approach.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Understanding of insurance billing processes.
