This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• Provide therapy services for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Execute comprehensive assessments and develop ongoing treatment plans.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, which includes diagnoses, billing, assessments, progress notes, and other necessary records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to assess client needs and track clinical progress.

• Evaluate risk of self-harm or harm to others and apply evidence-based interventions to enhance outcomes.

• Refer clients to suitable internal services and community resources.

• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Provide support and supervision to associate-level clinicians as necessary.

• Deliver evidence-based care consistent with best practices.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field (Required).

• Active license in the state of Arizona (Required).

• Licensed clinician (Required) - (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

• Current certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid (Required).

• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Preferred).

• Bilingual candidates may receive a pay differential.

• Proficient in Microsoft software, especially the 365 platform.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR), with Advanced MD being preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
