Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-informed mental health services as a licensed psychotherapist

• Operate independently while prioritizing patients' best interests

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented approach with psychiatric and counseling professionals

• Manage care alongside collaborating prescribers

• Attend monthly staffing sessions with prescribers to review patient cases or clinical topics

• Execute clinical responsibilities remotely through telehealth

• Join virtual clinical team meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess full licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states

• Prior substantial clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desired

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Effective organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technological skills
