Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist.

• Perform clinical responsibilities through telehealth from a home office.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with psychiatric and counseling professionals.

• Attend regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or relevant clinical issues.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Select clinical work days and hours independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in other states.

• Previous significant clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient computer skills and basic technology knowledge.
