Licensed Social Worker, Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial evaluations and implement ongoing treatment interventions in accordance with established practice standards and state regulations.

• Complete necessary assessments and utilize clinical judgment to assess a patient's suitability for our Virtual Reality Headsets.

• Create a remote monitoring and training plan based on the results of the initial evaluation.

• Track patient performance and modify the training plan based on progress and data analytics.

• Conduct follow-ups, re-evaluations, or discharges based on the patient's progress and data analysis.

• Establish goals aimed at enhancing areas that are aligned with the patient's capabilities and realistically achievable.

• Record patient advancements in accordance with approved medical documentation and facility procedures.

• If necessary, send a comprehensive progress report to the referring physician.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution, required.

• LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker with multiple state licenses.

• Strong preference for experience in evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

• Experience in treating patients with Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, PTSD, and other mental health issues.

• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing.

• Capability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks while working with minimal supervision.
