Licensed Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage customer service inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, direct emails, and ZenDesk Customer Service software.

• Effectively resolve and assist with customer issues while ensuring a positive experience.

• Process policy cancellations and rewrites as necessary.

• Provide quotes and handle policy renewals.

• Dispatch Certificates of Insurance and policy documents upon request.

• Utilize relevant systems to update customer account information.

• Ensure a seamless process regarding premium payments and the issuance of documentation.

• Efficiently manage callbacks and follow-ups.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience.

• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing service level objectives.

• Capability to clearly articulate our insurance products to customers and address various inquiries and objections.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to adjust your approach to engage diverse customers.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in utilizing multiple computer systems simultaneously.

• A valid Property & Casualty Producer license.

• A minimum of one year of experience in commercial insurance customer service or a similar complex insurance setting.
