This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
β’ Create and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving company objectives and surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
β’ Effectively coach, empower, and engage a diverse team of 12-14 Kin Sales Agents in a call-center setting.
β’ Meet or surpass the performance targets and standards set for our agents.
β’ Provide comprehensive data reporting, analysis, and monitoring of team and individual Sales Agent performance.
β’ Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel across various departments.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to advance product development and improvements.
β’ Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to boost production.
β’ Support the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training processes for new Sales Agents.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing Sales Agents.
β’ Possession of an active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) insurance license.
β’ A consistent history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance sales process from start to finish, with the capability to train and enhance internal procedures.
β’ Proficiency in using sales software (CRM), reporting tools, and leveraging data to inform decision-making.
β’ Commitment to understanding both agent and customer needs, delivering customized solutions that address these requirements.
β’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
