This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Consistently deliver a world-class experience at every customer interaction.

• Maintain an active health (and life if necessary) insurance license for residents, or possess the ability to renew the license prior to the start date, along with any state-required riders (Med Sup/Illness/Critical Care).

• Successfully pass AHIP and annual carrier certifications.

• Possess knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans.

• Be willing to learn about DSNP plans as well as Special Election Periods (Low Income Subsidy and Medicaid) for retirees to enroll outside the traditional Annual Enrollment Period.

• Identify the needs of Medicare prospects using a needs analysis-based selling approach, while accurately responding to questions, addressing concerns, and recommending suitable plans.

• Enroll retirees in a compliant and efficient manner by following the provided script verbatim.

• Achieve or surpass key performance indicators.

• Manage inbound customer service calls and outbound dialing by offering accurate and complete information to retirees, with the goal of enrolling them in the appropriate plan based on their specific needs.

• Responsible for making outbound calls to warm leads to either schedule appointments or complete an appointment with a participant.

• Actively oversee all appointments to follow up with prospects.

• Respond to voicemails within 24 business hours.

• Monitor the internal chat and answer any questions or requests in a timely manner.

• Provide a consistently positive customer experience in a highly ethical and professional manner.

• Exhibit strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience using multiple screens is a plus.

• Capable of quickly absorbing new information and adapting to new processes and programs.

• Ability to process a wide range of complex details and explain them in simple terms to customers with varying levels of knowledge and education.

• Adhere to call center performance metrics, which include customer satisfaction, compliance, and sales productivity.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative sales and/or customer service, preferably within a call center or high-volume environment.

• Aptitude for understanding the details of Medicare insurance and adherence to all CMS regulations.

• No contractual restrictions related to carriers and/or previous employers. Release documents are required if previously sponsored by carriers or other companies.
