Licensed Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties to the subject, evaluating market data, and appraising residential properties using diverse valuation methods and techniques.

• Demonstrate a keen attention to detail to deliver a superior quality valuation product for clients.

• Capable of effectively managing daily tasks to establish a reasonable workload for assignments.

• Maintain high standards of customer service when liaising with the operating team and points of contact during the valuation process.

• Open to receiving mentorship from Senior Appraisers to enhance skills in producing high-quality appraisals.

• Occasionally collaborate with Trainees.

• Adhere to ongoing education and credentialing requirements.

• Provide recommendations on processes related to business operations and data collection strategies.

• As necessary, offer guidance to management and engineering executives regarding product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans.

• Valid driver's license required for conducting fieldwork.
